In the image above, You can see the leave balance of employees who belong to the selected policy. For more details read How the leave balance calculation works?
At the left side of the page, name/s of the user/s who belong to the selected leave policy is displayed. It also shows the enrollment start date and end date of the employee in the selected policy. If enrollment end date is not displayed, that means the employee still belong to the selected leave policy.
You make use of filters available on this page to get required data.
- Select policy - By default system selects the first leave policy listed (alphabetically) in the system. Of course, you can override that selection and select any other policy.
- Policy period - Default is set to the current active duration for selected policy, but it can be possible to change to the last couple of years & next couple of years too.
- User - By default, this field remains empty and the leave balance data for all users (who belong to selected policy) is displayed. When needed you can filter data with an individual user or a set of users with the help of bulk search. For bulk search, click on search icon.
- Leave type - Depending on selected leave policy, leave types are be available. By default, this field remains empty and the data for all leave types of the selected policy is displayed. You can search data for selected leave type/s.
