Work week function allows you to define different work weeks and set different working hours. You can define separate work week for teams those are geographically dispersed or are having different number of working hours.

These and many such use cases can be handled by defining work week schemes in the Employee Garrison.
- Navigate to manage option from leaves in left navigation.
- A default work week is already added at the time of installation, which is applicable to every new user you add to the instance. (Of course you can delete or edit this leave policy)

- To find more details of about the work week, click on action button and navigate to the each option for more details.
- Click on any of the first three options to modify/view work week.

Details
This section shows basic details of the work week.
- Name: Name of the work week.
- Description: Description, guidelines of the work week.

If you make any changes in existing details, click on save button.
Work week
In this section set the hours and work week rules by defining work week and working hours.

Employees
- This section enables you to add or remove employees from the work week. Depending on the nature of the work week, you can add different set of users to work week.
- One employee can be enrolled in only one work week at a given point in time. If an employee who is already enrolled in one work week and you enroll her again to some another work week, she will be automatically removed from the previous work week.
- You can also mark a work week as default, so whenever any new employee is added to the company directory - she is enrolled into the default work week automatically.
