What is Company Directory

UpRaise administrators can publish company directory to non-admin users. It will be all view only data, non-admin users can not make any changes in company directory records. The possible exception is that of their own profile section depending on editing access set by admins.

How to publish company directory?

Users

  • Navigate to settings in main menu >> general settings tab.
  • Turn on the setting Publish Company Directory switch.

This will allow non-admin users of the app to have a link to 'view only' company directory. Non-admin users can view list of all users (except with no-access to app).

Teams

  • Navigate to settings in main menu >> general settings tab.
  • Turn on the option called Publish Teams in Company Directory (When published, non-admin users can view teams in list as well as tree view).
