UpRaise roles are to define what data users can access and what they cannot. Also, these roles will define what actions users can/can't take when they hold a certain role. At any given time, one user can have only one role. Let us see what type of roles are available in UpRaise and what they are all about.
Super admin has a kind of God-like view wherein he will have unlimited visibility into UpRaise data. Do keep in mind though, it is not mandatory to have a super admin in UpRaise.
