Navigation for Cloud Version with new UI
Follow steps below to navigate to ARN page via new UI:
Login to your Jira instance.
Click on 'projects'

Open the Jira project you want.
Click on Automated Release Notes icon. Note that this icon is available only to the project administrators.

Navigation for Server Version (for ARN Version > 1.5) & Cloud Version (old UI)
For all the Business, Software & Service desk projects in JIRA, an icon appears (highlighted below) that takes user to Release notes screens. Note that initially this icon is available only to the project administrators. Through 'access' it could be set up to be available for users who are not project-admins.

How to
For Cloud as well as Server/DC versions of Jira, navigation to ARN screen remains same. Within any given project’s left navigation, you will see the ‘Automated release notes’ link - assuming the app is already installed (see Installation).
Screen for Jira admin
Jira admins have access to an additional screen for configuring ARN. They have to navigate to Apps → Automated Release Notes → Configurations.
