You should have Jira admin rights to install UpRaise app.
Jira apps can be installed in different ways.
From Atlassian Marketplace
From your Jira settings >> Apps >> Find new apps section
From Atlassian Marketplace
Navigate to UpRaise Atlassian Marketplace Profile
Click on 'Buy it now/Try it free' option.
You will be directed to ttps://my.atlassian.com
Use your existing ID/Password to
log in or create a new account
You can now start free 30days trial or directly purchase the license
Once the install is completed, app will now be available for download, and an active license key will be available to add.
From Jira settings
As Jira admin, go to 'Fine new apps'
Search for ‘UpRaise
’
Select the right UpRaise app
(Employee Success/Employee Garrison/People).
Click on 'Try it free'
This will bring you a free trial license for 30 days
