Jira actions can be added in Metric & To do KRs if actions are enabled from KR configurations settings. You can add these actions in two ways -

  • Jira issues as actions

  • Jira issue as actions (via JQL)

When you think that Jira issues are some of the important actions in your objectives but they do not contribute in the progress/need not to have impact on objective progress you can add them as actions within Metric & To do KRs.

Where is Add actions option?

  • Actions can be added from KR details page or from any OKR view via (blue star) of any KR.

  • You can also directly link an issue as action from UpRaise panel on the issue detail page.

Jira issues as actions

  • Click on Add action option from any of the above places.

  • Select Jira issues & click on Next.

  • Search for an issue with a JQL/Issue id/Issue summary

  • Select relevant issue & click on Next
