Atlassian connect spring boot lib version is incremented to 2.1.4 and spring boot version to 2.4.4.

🐞 Bug fixes
Sync & import action was triggering emails to all users when there were new users in the company directory, now fixed.
Delete team action was taking a lot of time, now fixed.
Other minor bug fixes
Manager of all the users was getting deleted in some cases, now fixed.
