You can enable or disable Typeform integrationScreenjar app from the manage apps page. Disabling the app makes its features unavailable in Jira service desk, but it doesn't actually remove the app. Disabling the add-on is sometimes useful for troubleshooting Jira problems. If Typeform integration app is Screenjar app is disabled, it can be re-enabled later.

Disable the app

1. As a user with Jira administrative privileges, click on apps >> manage apps link in the administration menu. 

2. Find Typeform integrationScreenjar app in the user-installed apps list by searching or browsing to the add-on.

3. Click disable.

4. If prompted, restart your application to have your change take effect. Once Typeform integrationScreenjar is disabled, its features are immediately unavailable in Jira service desk projects. If existing artefacts use the apps, you may see an error message. For example, if you disable Typeform integrationScreenjar app and someone submits a Typeform, it won’t create a service requestrecords a video using previously generated link, the video won’t be attached to Jira issue.

Enable the app

To enable Typeform integration Screenjar app on your Jira service desk :

1. As a user with administrative privileges, click on apps >> manage apps link in the administration menu.

2. Find Typeform integrationScreenjar app in the user-installed app list by searching or browsing the app.

3. Click the Enable button.
