Feedback

This section shows all the feedback received by team member. If from has the review period configured, it shows the feedback within that period. If no review period set, it shows all the feedback for the user who is subjected/reviewee of the form. Use filters to see feedback for specific duration, tags, lables. The purpose of Continuous Feedback in UpRaise is to ensure, short but frequent feedback messages are exchanged periodically. These snippets of feedback gathered over a period of time can be referred to while completing review forms. This can give you a headstart when filling in the semi-annual/annual reviews.

While creating the form if UpRaise admin had checked the show feedback tab check-box, end users would see a Feedback tab while filling up the form. Once you click on that tab it will show feedback messages (depending on the feedback visibility) that the team member/reviewer has received.

A few important points to know about feedback tab

  • By default, you will see feedback those are shared in the review period. If needed you can use the filter option and change dates to see feedback for a particular duration. (of course, this honors the visibility setting of feedback)

  • If the form distributor has unchecked Show feedback tab option, feedback tab will not be available on the form resopnse page.

  • If review period is not defined while distributing a form, all visible feedback of the team member will be listed in the feedback tab. 

Jira issues

This section shows the Jira issues user has worked on. One can apply relevant filters to get specific details and issues. This section will be visible only if admin has configured it while creating a template.

Comments

Here users involeved in the form can add comments and @ mention each other.

Previouse responses

In this section, the user can load previous responses again the same template of the form that they are viewing currently.

  • Distribution - Shows the listof distribution for the same template as that of the current.

  • Team member - User with permission to view their own forms will see only their own name. Users with permission to view all user’s form will see all involved team members' names in this dropdown.

  • Reviewer - User with permission to view their own forms will see only their reviewer’s name. Users with permission to view all user’s form will see all involved reviewers’ names in this dropdown.

  • Add - Clicking on Add buton will load the form user had selected.

  • Expand all /collaps all - Expand/collaps button will expand/collapse responses of the loaded for

  • Reset - Clicking on Reset will get user back to the current form they were viewing

Updates

This section showa all the histrory of the forms like, distribution, status transitions, etc.
