Excerpt Confluence Using https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1219149/upraise-connector-for-confluence app, you can connect UpRaise and your Confluence instance with UpRaise to publish UpRaise OKRs within your Confluence pages. This connector app is available only for UpRaise for Employees Success and UpRaise People as these two apps include OKR module. Get UpRaise connector for Confluence appfor both Jira Cloud and Jira Data Center UpRaise. Please follow below integration guides below based on whether you are using UpRaise for Jira cloud or Jira data center.

Installation

Install https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1219149/upraise-connector-for-confluence on your Confluence instance that needs to be integrated with UpRaise.

Connecting Confluence & UpRaise

For Jira Cloud

Navigate to settings >> Integrations from the left navigation menu, Copy TokenImage Removed

Now navigate to Confluence Settings (As Confluence admin). Click on Configure Upraise Confluence in the left navigation of Confluence. Paste the key/token that was copied from UpRaise and click on Save.Image Removed

Once saved, all Confluence users can use UpRaise macros.

For Jira Datacenter

Click on Confluence ⚙️>> Application link >> Create link

Clicking on Create link opens up pop-up. Select Atlassian product, and under the Application link add the Confluence link that you want to connect with Jira.

Once this is submitted, the same connection will be visible in Jira. You can check it under Jira settings >> Applications >> Application link. Below image for reference.

Disconnecting Confluence & UpRaise
Confluence macros are features made available through Confluence add-ons/apps. If you want to disconnect this integration, you can simply uninstall the UpRaise Connector app from your Confluence instance.Image Removed

What does the Confluence & UpRaise integration do?
The user can view their OKRs in confluence by using UpRaise OKR statistics macro on Confluence pages. You can define what all OKRs from OKRs view should be visible on Confluence pages. Do notice, this will be read-only data. If user wants to make any changes in OKRs, they can manage that only from UpRaise. Read UpRaise macros for more details.
