Since UpRaise has it's customers from different timezones, this setting gives the flexibility to manage relevant time zones and patterns. You can configure these settings here to show date/time in the preferred format in UpRaise.
Navigate to settings >> date & time settings tab >> set the required time in the relevant format and save.
