When any user in the app request for leaves, the system allows them to set the visibility of that request. If needed one can make his leave request details visible to his team or specific peer/s or direct report/s. However, the configuration of leave visibility can be managed by Employee Garrison admins/super admins. 

  • Navigate to leaves page from left navigation.
  • Click on manage tab on the page.
  • At the bottom of this page, there is a 'leaves visibility' section.
  • Set the required options and click on save.

The switch in this section lets you to completely turn on or turn off the visibility settings. If it's turned off, users would not see any visibility setting options on leave request pop-up. If this setting is turned on admin can decide what default visibility options should be available to the user to set the visibility while creating a leave request. Of course, users will have an option decide whether they want to make the leave request visible to others or not.
