  • Children KRs are now considered for Confidence score calculations

    • The confidence score calculation now considers children's KRs. Parent KR scores are based on aligned children KRs with eligible confidence status. Manual updates are possible only if not a single KR among all aligned KRs has eligible confidence status (all except not available/not applicable).

  • Help Text field added to Create/Edit custom field for OKRs

    • Information in the Help Text field will be displayed as help text for all the custom fields.

  • Enhanced objective grading by making saved grades visible to all relevant stakeholders

    • All objective grading remarks are transparently accessible to all stakeholders within the objectives and Key Results (KRs). Within the Grade tab of the objective details page, user-specific grades are displayed in line.

  • The Excel export output for forms has been now enhanced.

    • After a 360-degree review, the Excel export file output for all forms has been improved. The enhanced version of the Excel report offers improved insights and easier data management.

  • Objective counts displayed on dashboards using Two-dimensional chart gadget are now clickable links

    • Clicking on these objective counts within the gadget will navigate the user to the selected view with filters automatically applied based on the chosen criteria in the gadget configurations.

  • New two dimensional statistics gadget is now available on both, UpRaise & Jira dashboards. It supports, counts of objectives as well as key results.

  • OKR summary gadget goes live with this release that lets you configure a view & end up seeing the average progress of all the objectives included in that view. Along with their distribution by confidence statuses.

  • Existing UpRaise pie chart gadget now extends the support to Company directory data, in addition to OKRs.

  • It is now possible to change view & update on-screen filters on the Browse OKRs screen right from the URL itself. This will now make it easier to add bookmarks, shortcuts to various views across different tools.

  • Until now, it was not possible to add confidence score while punching in if the objective was already in Ready for Grading or Ready to Close status. That changes. Ability to update confidence score/status is now available unconditionally with every punch-in.

  • It is now possible to add OKR custom fields as on-screen filters on the Browse OKRs screen 

  • Also, there is a new on-screen filter that will let you view only the KRs that match the filters that you have applied. Until now, all the KRs were displayed under an Objective even if only some of them met the filter criteria. 

  • One can now refer to responses from other distributions while filling out a form. This will greatly boost the ability to easily surface & use relevant information.

  • Support for Dark theme has landed. There are still some corners in the app that do not yet look good with the Dark theme, however we are going to cover them in the upcoming releases.

  • Performance improvements across the app.

  • Template sharing option is made more visible through an icon placed immediately after the template name. Functionality of template sharing remains unchanged.

  • Options added to any custom user profile attributes are now validated to check if they are in use, before they can be deleted. This ensures that there are no long term data integrity issues.

  • OKR tabs on the User & Team profile pages can be customised to see certain set of OKRs.

  • It is now possible to modify the leave policy/scheme enrolment date when user is being assigned one for the first time.

  • Jira issue updates (for issues that are linked to UpRaise objectives or key results) are blocked once the objectives reach a status that is terminal.

  • Options within a single or multi-select OKR custom field were not being deleted even if they were not used in any of the OKRs. This is now fixed.
