How to check the owner of the shared view?
Since anyone can create OKR views and share with others, you might want to check who shared that view with you or who is the creator of each shared view. In such a case, follow below steps to find view owner/creator's name.
Select the relevant shared view from 'shared with me' list
'Details' link appears just beside the OKR view field
Click on details, and you can check owner name and other details related to that shared view.
This option will be useful when you want to check who is sharing OKR views with you. In case the view is not relevant to you, you can ask that user o remove you from the visibility list of their view to avoid unwanted views from your 'shared with me' list of OKR views.
How to use default on-screen filters?
These filters are brought back to the page on request of our existing customer(in V3.9.4). However, this time they bring more suitable and quick filter options for the selected view. For example -Select My team's Q1 objective view from top right corner and apply a few filters from on-screen filters.
As on-screen filters are applied to the selected view you can see my team's Q1 objectives in progress status. This will help you to pin down the selected objective from the different views you have already created by applying specific filters.
Click on filter option (just beside thumbnail/list view switches) to show or hide these on-screen filters.
You can add or remove filters in on-screen filters to pin down selected view in your own way.
Thumbnail view
From the thumbnail view, you can follow same steps mentioned above to create own filters or apply them to the default lists. In thumbnail view, there is no column selection option as that is not applicable in thumbnail view. Thumbnail view is displayed with some default objective attributes and you cannot change them.
