Comparison report is one of the interesting reports of Employee Success UpRaise as it allows you to compare different aspects of performance review process. You can compare two different distributions of same template, two different distributions of two different templates, two or more users from same or different template/distributions.
How to navigate to comparison report page?
To navigate to Comparison report, click on
Reports page of UpRaise menu.
Then click on comparison report option.
How to create comparison report?
On comparison report page, you need to select 2 basic attributes i.e template name & distribution name in both sections. 
Use cases
As per above image you can see that you can generate different comparison reports with different filters:
Comparison of responses for same template & different distributions with all users in the process.
Comparison of responses for same template & same distributions with selected users.
Comparison of responses for two different templates & two different distributions with all users in the process.
Comparison of responses for two different templates & two different distributions with selected users.
Comparison of responses by same respondent - last year & this year.
Comparison of responses by one respondent against a group of respondents.
Comparison of responses by different stakeholders, eg. reviewer/s vs team member/s
In both the images above, you can notice the way report is created. For subjective questions - single line/message box - only answers are displayed where as for other questions a graphical illustration is displayed. This helps you to compare all questions in the form.
