Navigate to foms >> template tab >> create new template as an UpRaise admin or super admin. Select confidential review type from the pop-up and click next. |
 In the next step, select one of the available workflows. Right now two workflows are available for |
confidential review type of template. You can look at the flowchart to understand how different transitions are handled. |
 After clicking on next user is brought to the form builder page where he can add different questions. |
 Once questions are added, click on save or save & next. The template will be saved & can now be distributed. If clicked on save, then the template will be saved in templates listing for later use. |
