In 360 review, there are multiple stakeholders involved i.e. managers, peers and direct reports & a team member. There might be the case when you need to maintain anonymity in the process, that is why 360 form has anonymity section. This section helps to maintain anonymity so flexibly that you can customize it in your way. Anonymity setting has to be done while distributing form. |

In this way, admin/super admin has to check or uncheck these options to maintain required anonymity in the review process. Once form is completed every stakeholder will get a 'view' option in team member column to see an aggregated view of the form. This aggregated view of the completed form will only have list of answers in different sections without any mentions of reviewers. |
