For both, cross-project & in-project screens, ARN has a tab called 'Logs'. This tab displays entries of all execution logs. Any time a rule is executed, irrespective of its trigger or template - the corresponding entry will be created in the logs.
Along with all the related details, these logs also have links to show release notes generated at the time (depending on the type of template). Clicking on this link opens the release notes that was were generated by the rule.
Logs are helpful in keeping track of all instances when the rules were executed.
One can easily get additional information about a specific failure by clicking on the failure icon, in status column.
