Background
There are three ways to access Roadmap portal for a JSD admin/agent.
From the customer facing portal, using the login link.
From within the JSD project’s left hand navigation.From individual JSD ticket’s glance view panel.

Here, individual item’s details can be looked at by clicking on it.
