Monthly subscription
For Monthly subscription, once your Jira admin installs Customer Feedback & Roadmap Portal app installs Typeform integration app for your Jira service desk Cloud instance, first month (30 days) of the subscription is free. Post that, you will be charged on monthly basis depending on number of users on your Jira service desk & Jira.
Annual subscription
