UpRaise for Jira Server version

• Navigate to https://www.atlassian.com/purchase/ and login with your Atlassian account. 

• Click on 'Renew' tab.

• You'd see the list of Atlassian

  softwares

  software and apps those

  needs

  need to be renewed.

• Click on UpRaise for Employee Success and select relevant Jira tier and the next subscription duration, i.e. 12 months, 24 months, or 36 months. 

• As you are renewing the

  Employee Success

  UpRaise license, you will be

  changed

  charged for 50% of the base price. 

• Click on add to cart and edit payment and contact details(if necessary)

• Make the payment.

• Once the payment is successfully done, you will receive

  your 

  your renewed UpRaise license via email.

UpRaise for Jira Cloud version

• Monthly subscription

  • If you are on a monthly subscription, you need not to renew it as you will be charged automatically month on month. 

• Annual subscription

  • If you are using Employee Success UpRaise on an annual subscription, then you can raise a quote on https://www.atlassian.com/purchase/.
