An option to customize columns of company directory in list view & thumbnail view allows you to define company directory in your own way. This feature allows you to keep the company directory data handy that is most important for you.
Only admins and super admins can make changes in column visibility.
- Navigate to the company directory.
- Click 'column' option in user tab
The pop up lists all the existing profile attributes in the available column at left side & visible columns at the right side. One can use + & - signs to add or remove columns. Up and down arrows can be used to set the order of selected columns.
Then click on Ok and you will be able to see all selected columns in user list view. You can anytime edit these columns using the same columns option.
You can manage these columns from both list & thumbnail view.| -include | ||||||
