Jira 8.14 compatibility
Reports and settings related permissions displayed on 'Roles & permissions' tab.
Added configuration screen for Jira admins to add themselves/other users as UpRaise admin/super admin. Read How can Jira admin make themselves/others UpRaise admin/super admin? for more details.
Jira admins (who were not UpRaise admins) were not able to access the screen meant for them, fixed.
