🎁 Enhancements
Whenever a Jira issue is linked as a key result or as a KR action, it is possible to view its description on the browse OKRs screen in the ‘description’ column. This is the same column where descriptions of respective objectives & key results are displayed from UpRaise.
It is now possible to associate custom user picker fields (single & multi-select) with user profiles within UpRaise company directory. e.g. Mentor/Mentee pair can be added with the introduction of a single select custom profile attribute.
The ability to archive objective cycles is now live. With this action, you can easily ‘stove away’ older OKRs if they do not need to be referred to anymore. This is quite similar to how you would ‘archive’ a project in Jira.

UI changes on objective cycle tab
Custom fields for Objectives & Key results have arrived. While in Beta, we are limiting the number of custom fields to 5 & will expand it later on. It is also possible to use the filters on these custom fields.
Objective & KR titles are now wrapped onto the next line to mimic how Jira issue titles behave.
