🎁 Enhancements

• Ability to rectify wrong punch-ins on the progress chart

  • When users update the wrong punch-in value and change it, both the wrong and corrected punch-ins are displayed on the progress chart. This leads to some weird ups and downs on the graph. To avoid this we have introduced a function to hide these punch-ins.

• UpRaise Role field was not marked mandatory on create/edit pop-up, fixed.

• Importing 'relevant' OKRs in forms is now made easy.

  • Clicking on 'Import OKRs' would now show an enhanced view to select relevant view along with Objective details and filters.

🎁 Enhancements

• Added three new default segments as below -

  • Active users

  • Inactive users

  • All users

• Now existing custom and default user segments can be used in custom reports

  • In this enhancement, we have replaced the User status filter with user segments filter

  • We have added three new default segments called Active users, Inactive users and All users to support user status-based chart creation.

  • Along with default segments now you can also use custom segments to create charts

  • This change now brings more flexibility for chart creation as you can pull the relevant user data based on the segments you have created.

  • This change allows you to create charts more dynamically instead of just selecting active, inactive, and all users like before

• Enhancements in 'Add team' team pop up

  • ‘Parent team’ field is now brought up in the pop-up, it was listed at the bottom before

  • Messaging related to Unit selection is now more clear for user’s better understanding

  • Unit field now allows setting the Unit if the new team you are creating does not have any parent team

  • Earlier, you could set up the unit only from tree view for the orphaned teams

• Error messaging improved when team is moved from one Unit to another where team owns some objectives

  • When a team owns one or more objectives, user cannot move the team from one Unit to another

  • For a better understanding of users, we have improved error messaging when user tries to execute above scenario

• Feedback labels management now made easy

  • Now you can disable or enable feedback labels.

  • Once disabled, the previous feedback association of the disabled label will remain intact

  • Disabled feedback labels will not be available for users to associate in any feedback

  • If the label is not associated with any feedback, you can delete them

• Now you can disable or enable objective labels.

  • Once disabled, the previous objective association of the disabled label will remain intact

  • Disabled objective labels will not be available for users to associate with any objectives further

  • If the label is not associated with any objective, you can delete them

  • If the label is associated with one or more objectives then you can only disable them to prevent its use

🐞 Bug Fixes

• Weights were editable for aligned objectives in Abandoned status

  • Abandoned objectives weights should not be editable, however, the system was allowed to edit them and showed progress impact on parent objectives when weights are non-zero.

  • This issue has been fixed and we have done some UI changes and message corrections so users understand the function correctly.

• Now we have corrected Contributes to the objective search dropdown and it won’t list down the already aligned objective when aligning another objective.

  • Already selected alignments were shown in suggestions for adding alignments as Contributes to.

• Error messaging UI fixes for Users section of form distribution

  • Fixed some UI issues of the error messaging displayed on the User section of form distribution.

  • Error messages were not displayed properly on user import in the form distribution, now this issue is fixed

• Fixed some discrepancies in the Users section of Form distribution page

• Fixed some filter behaviors on edit and create pop up for OKR views

• In 360-degree distributions, you can add new users in a distribution midway

• In 360-degree distributions, you can do a bulk import of users through Excel file upload

• This enhancement is related to the bulk user updates. Once the bulk user update operation is completed, system displays the failure logs if any user updates failed along with the reason for the failure

• Now it is possible to add users to the distribution midway.

  • This function is available for all other form templates except 360 review form. We will add it in future releases.

  • This option will be available only when the distribution is open (Distributed status). Once the distribution is closed, add user button will not show up on the screen.

  • Users who have access to create a distribution will be able to add users to a distribution

• As a second part of OKR Roadmap view we have added below enhancements -

  • Users can see linked KRs & objectives of the nested objectives.

  • Users will also be able to customize the timeline view as per their needs.

• Ability to create and manage user segments in Company directory

  • Like OKRs view, this feature allows you to create and save company directory filters called as 'Segments'

  • Below are some use cases of using segments for -

    • Sending onboarding forms to users who have a joining date = “Today”

    • Sending quarterly review forms to users who have the designation = “Manager”

    • Sharing holiday scheme with users who have location = “Mumbai“

  • This will help you to manage users in a better way.

  • This is the first step towards having more automated processes for Company directory

• In the ‘Latest comments’ column on OKR views, you can now see latest comments from Jira issues added as KRs and KR actions

🎁 Enhancements

• OKR custom field now can be set as Inactive only if it is associated with any OKRs. Else only Delete option will be available.

  • This change will stop users from making custom fields inactive if they are not in use so having too many unused custom fields impacts the performance.

• Introduced ‘Ready for grading’ & ‘Ready to close’ actions for objective cycle. Earlier there was only close option for objective cycles.

  • This will allow users to grade the OKRs before the due dates are reached. This was quite demanded option from our customers

🎁 Enhancements

• To visualize the OKRs on a timeline, we have introduced Roadmap view for OKRs

  • It is in BETA version currently. Right now, it only supports the display of first level of nesting. We will enhance this feature further.

• Form templates can now be shared with other users so that they can use these templates in their own distributions. Up until now, you either had to be creator or a super admin to be able to do this. Now, if shared, users can also view and distribute templates. They will not be able to edit these shared templates

• New permission option introduced to prevent certain roles from being able to access profiles of inactive/deleted users.

• Similar to Metric KR progress calculation, To Do key results can be configured (for progress calculation) to depend on any type of key results - be it metric, to-do, or even Jira issues.

• Increased KR metric progress calculation dependency limit to 50 from 10

• Objective cycles were sorted only based on Status, now added 2nd level sorting by the due date

  • Cycles with same statute will be sorted based on their due dates

• Similar to Metric KR progress calculation, To Do key results can be configured (for progress calculation) to depend on any type of key results - be it metric, to do, or even Jira issues.

🎁 Enhancements

• Part 1 of the OKR summary page revamp is now available & will be enhanced with a few more sections in the upcoming release.

• There is a new section on the feedback summary page for managers. They will be able to see the feedback their direct reports have received in the given duration as well as see when they had given feedback to those direct reports. Will help managers quickly understand how their direct reports are doing.

• Clicking on feedback type on Summary page will direct user to the Feedback tab with respect to the selected feedback type and show feedback and stats for selected type of feedback

  • Click on Summary page >> Click on Given

  • Notice you are navigated to Given feedback on the Feedback tab

• Deletion and Deactivation flow for OKR custom fields is now improved to keep the data integrity in place.

• Now Metric KR progress calculation can be configured to depend on any type of key results - be it metric, to do or even Jira issues.
