Only Employee Garrison admin or super admin can change Employee Garrison roles from company directory under users tab. Just click on edit in front of each user's record, click on role field in edit user pop up and select the desired role from drop-down and click on update. Updated user will get an email notification about his/her role change. 


  • Employee Garrison admin can not downgrade super admin’s role to Employee Garrison admin or user.
  • Employee Garrison admin can not make himself a super admin if one super admin already exists in the system. That can only be done by the super admin
  • Only three roles viz. super admin, admin and user will be available in Employee Garrison role drop-down, limited rollout is switched off.
