You can enable or disable Screenjar app from the manage apps page. Disabling the app makes its features unavailable in Jira service desk, but it doesn't actually remove the app. Disabling the add-on is sometimes useful for troubleshooting Jira problems. If Screenjar app is disabled, it can be re-enabled later.
As a user with Jira administrative privileges, click on apps >> manage apps link in the administration menu.
Find Screenjar app in the user-installed apps list by searching or browsing to the add-on.
Click disable.
If prompted, restart your application to have your change take effect. Once Screenjar is disabled, its features are immediately unavailable in Jira service desk projects. If existing artefacts use the apps, you may see an error message. For example, if you disable Screenjar app and someone records a video using previously generated link, the video won’t be attached to Jira issue.
Enable the app
To enable Screenjar app on your Jira service desk :
