How to Install
You need to be a Jira Administrator in order to install Enriched Profiles.
First, log in as the Administrator to your Jira instance
Click on ⚙️ for Jira Administration section and select Apps.
In the Find new apps" page, search for Enriched Profiles for Jira Service Desk.
Click on the Try it free button on the right side of the corresponding listing
This will result in the Enriched Profiles add-on being installed and activated.
A confirmation dialog will tell you that the installation was successful.
Important
This app is currently available only for the Cloud version of JSM.
