For Jira Cloud apps of UpRaise

  • Once UpRaise is successfully installed, ‘UpRaise - Get started' option appears under 'Apps’, click on it.

  • Select the appropriate ‘Time zone' & click on 'Next’.

  • You will land on 'UpRaise Company Directory' page.

  • Read Manage users for next steps.

By mistake, if you loose admin access to UpRaise without making someone else an admin/Super admin here is a way out - Locked out of UpRaise?
