Create page/template within Confluence
You can create a Confluence page that contains JQL sections and macros using ARN-specific macros. In this case creating pages in recommended as it will give you a better output with respect to formatting and attachments with the page that are sourced by Jira issues feilds.
One can also create Global and Local Confluence template. Read https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/create-a-template/ if you are using the template. Whether you create a Global/local template or page, the steps are going to be the same that are mentioned on the checklist page.
