How to copy and share template source code?

If a user encounters issues with ARNR templates, our support team may request the template source code for troubleshooting. This document outlines the steps to obtain and share the source code with the support team.

Please review the warning instructions before sharing the source code to ensure a faster resolution of your reported issue.

Steps

  • Navigate to the affected ARNR template and open the template

  • Click on the source code option in the menu. The image below highlights the Source code option

  • Copy the entire code (Ctrl+A and Ctrl+C)

  • Paste the source code in a text file (use apps like Notepad)

  • Save it as a text file (.txt)

  • Please share the file with us through the channel you use to communicate with our team (E.g., Support ticket, Chat, Email).

 

  • Please do not edit the source code before sharing it with us. The edited code will not work, and our team cannot replicate the reported issue with the edited code.

  • Please share the source code only in a .txt file. Sharing source code in other file types or simply copying and pasting it on chat/support ticket/email will alter the original format of the code, and it may not work on our end.
