Email notifications

User profile changes done by admins/ managers/indirect managers.

Immediately after action.

To notify relevant  Employee Garrison user/s about changes in user profile attribute/s. 

User whose profile details are changed. 

• User need to have access to the app.

• Profile attributes should be visible to the user.

• If a particular attribute is not visible to the user and changes are made in such attributes, then no email notification will be sent.

Leave created.

Immediately after action.

To notify relevant Employee Garrison user/s that a leave has been created on user's behalf by someone.

• Any user on whose behalf leave is requested by someone.

• Approver of that applied or availed leave. 

• User needs to have access to the app.

• Someone else(manager or admin) must have created leaves on user's behalf.

Immediately after action.

To notify relevant Employee Garrison user/s that some changes are made in leave request. 

• Any user whose leave request is edited.

• Creator of the leave if the (eg. Manager is creator of his team member's leave)

• Approver of the leave.

• User needs to have access to the app.

• Only leave applicant, admin/super admin or creator of the leave can edit leaves request attributes.

Leave status is updated.

Immediately after action.

To notify relevant Employee Garrison user/s about the status update of leave request. 

• Any user whose leave request status is updated.

• Approver of the leave.

• Creator of the leave if the (eg. Manager is creator of his team member's leave)

• User needs to have access to the app.

• When a leave request is canceled by the system since user moved out of leave policy

• When leave is canceled, approved or rejected approved by an admin or super or approver.

To notify relevant  Employee Garrison user/s about the comment added on leave request. 

• Any user whose leave request is commented.

• Approver of the leave.

• Creator of the leave if the (eg. Manager is creator of his team member's leave)

• User needs to have access to the app.

• User(leave applicant) or any other user who can view that leave request can comment on the leave request.

Comment edited on a leave request

Immediately after action.

To notify relevant Employee Garrison user/s the edits on comment on leave request.

• Any user whose  leave request comments are edited.

• Approver of the leave.

• Creator of the leave if the (eg. Manager is creator of his team member's leave)

• Creator of the comment.

• User needs to have access to the app.

• Only comment creator edit her own comments on the leave request.

Leave approver changed

Immediately after action.

To notify relevant user/s about change in leave request approver. 

• Any user who has requested a leave.

• New approver of the leave.

• Creator of the leave if the (eg. Manager is creator of his team member's leave)

• User needs to have access to the app.

• Only admins or super admins can change leave request approver.

Comment deleted on a leave request

Immediately after action.

To notify relevant user/s that some comment is deleted on a leave request. 

• Any user who has requested a leave.

• Approver of the leave.

• Creator of the leave if the (eg. Manager is creator of his team member's leave)

• Creator of the comment.

• User needs to have access to the app.

• Only leave applicant or any other user who can view that leave request can change the approver.

Leave adjustment made (debit or credit )

Immediately after action.

To notify relevant user/s about adjustments made in  leave balance. 

• Any user who leave balance is adjusted.

• User needs to have access to the app.

• Only admins and super admins can make leave adjustments.
