Search reports

If you have turned on the Search capability in any of your widgets, the app will surface interesting insights for you to improve your Confluence space. There are two reports that help you with this -

• Recent searches - If you wanted to know what your users have been searching for in the widget recently, this is your go to report. It will tell you the ‘Search term’ along with the number of results that were shown to the user & timing of that search.

• Popular searches - This result will give you the list of popular search terms along with the number of times it was searched for. So, if your Confluence space is missing out anything but your users are searching for it - you can easily correct that.

These reports can be accessed from the Widget listing page itself. Here’s how that listing will look like.
