How to comment or vote on roadmap portal?

Intro

Service desk agents & customers can add comments & votes on the cards displayed on the roadmap portal. To be precise, following actions are available -

  • can edit only own comment

Only logged in users are allowed to vote/comment. Anonymous voting/commenting is currently not supported.

Customer portal

Once logged in customers/agents can add new comments, edit/delete their own comments, add or remove votes on existing cards.

Jira new issue view → Glance panel

Similar to the JSD → Roadmap portal, agents can directly add/edit/delete comments/votes from the glance panel available within Jira new issue view.
