How does Screenjar app work with Jira?
Atlassian's Jira is one of the best tools in the industry, especially for software development teams. Jira service management is used by ITSM & External support teams extensively.
Screenjar is our independent SaaS application that lets you generate unique links and request screen recordings from other users. As an app for Jira, we have integrated the SaaS app’s backend so that Jira app users don’t have to do user management.
To use this app, you DO NOT need an account on the independent SaaS version of Screenjar.
There are no configurations for the Screenjar app. Once the app is installed, everyone who has access to a Jira issue can use the app from that issue details page. This app also enables recording screen from a link available in the JSM customer portal.
