Manage columns on users tab


Although the user is the smallest part of the UpRaise, it is the most important one. So it does relate with many defaults and custom attributes. Based on its attribute, you may want to create a view for yourself so that the relevant user information remains handy.

For this, UpRaise allows you to select relevant columns that are important for you to be displayed on 'Users' Tab.

  • Navigate to 'Users' tab of company directory

  • Click on 'Columns' Button

  • On the pop-up, all existing user attributes are listed.

  • Use + & - signs to add or remove columns. Up and down arrows can be used to set the order of selected columns. 

  • Click on 'OK'

All selected columns are now displayed on user list view as well as thumbnail view. You can anytime edit these columns using the same columns option/reset it back to default.
