Edit, Delete feedback


Who can edit/delete feedback?

  • Super admins can delete/edit all feedback.

  • Admins can delete given feedback only if they have created it or feedback is shared with them. In case of feedback requests, admins can delete them only as feedback request creator.

  • Users can edit or delete given feedback / delete requested feedback only if they have sufficient permissions provided by UpRaise admins.

Edit or Delete given feedback

Edit

Navigate to Feedback page >> Feedback tab >> Given section >> click on Pencil icon under relevant feedback request that you want to edit. Make changes and save. Feedback receiver will get an email notification about the changes you have made.

Delete

Navigate to Feedback page >> Feedback tab >> Given section >> click on X icon under relevant feedback that you want to delete & confirm the action. Feedback receiver will get an email notification about this action.

Delete Feedback request

Navigate to Feedback page >> Feedback tab >> Requests section >> click on X icon under relevant feedback request that you want to delete. Feedback from user will get an email notification about this action.

If the feedback request is responded, then you need to delete the response first

Then only you can delete the request.

There is no option to edit the feedback request, you need to delete it and create a new request.

Edit feedback visbility

Super admins have permission to edit the visibility of any feedback. Admins can edit the visibility of the feedback if they are creators of the feedback or it is shared with them. Whereas, UpRaise users need to have sufficient permissions to edit visibility.

If you have this permission you would notice an icon along with the feedback as shown below.

Clicking on it opens up feedback visibility settings, you can make necessary changes & Save.

Users with sufficient permissions can edit the visibility of the feedback those are within the Received & Shared sections of Feedback page. For feedback within the Given section, they can directly use Edit option.
