Actions available for templates
Categories (Add category)
This option allows you to categories your template. For example - Templates specifically meant for employee onboarding can have a category called Onboarding. Whereas templates created for employee exit surveys can have a category called Employee departure.
Navigate to Forms >>Templates >> >> Categories >> Add a new category or select one from the existing options.
View or View & Edit
This option is to open the template. If the template is already distributed at lease once, you will only have an option to View the template. If there are 0 distributions against the template then you will have both View & Edit option. Number of distributions are give in Distributions column on the template tab. Refer above image. Super admins can view all templates. Admin can view templates they have created. Users can view templates based on the given permissions.
Rename
If you wish to edit the template name, use this option.
Delete
Deleting a template results in deleting all the distributions associated with that template. This action is irreversible, so make sure that you are deleing the right template. Super admins can delete all templates. Admin can delete template they have created. Users delete templates based on the given permissions.
Clone
If you want to create a copy of existing templates, use this action. When you click on Clone option, you are navigated to the form builder page where you see copy of the same template you have cloned. If needed make necessary changes, rename the template and save or save & distribute. Admins and super admins have default permission to clone templates. In case of users, they can clone templates only if they have a permission to create templates.

Actions available at distribution level
View responses
From this option, you can open the distribution and look at the entire distribution status. On view responses page you can view individual form in the distribution, status of an individual form or any other detail related to the distribution. Read View responses page for more details. Super admins can view all distributions & responses. Admin can view responses of distribution they have created. Users can view distributions & responses based on the given permissions.
Export to excel
When you want to export all the responses of a distribution to excel. Read Export data from UpRaise | Export distributions for more details.
Delete
Delete option is available only for admins & user with sufficient permissions. Clicking on delete will delete all the responses. This action is irreversible so make sure you delete it carefully.
Clone
This allows you to copy the entire distribution. You can make changes in any details of the copied distribution or execute it as it is. Admins and super admins have default permission to clone distributions. In case of users, they can clone distributions only if they have permission to create distributions.
Open/Close
When a distribution is closed on due date or closed manually, one can reopen it when needed. This will process the form from start. Previous responses will remain as it is, users can edit and submit their responses again.
If the distribution is not closed & needs to be closed manually, you can use close option.
Actions available at the individual form level
Use this option to print an individual response. Admins can print individual responses for all in any distributions. Users can print only there own responses.
Open/Close
Open - When a form is submitted by a user/completed/closed on the due date/closed manually, one can reopen it if needed. This will process the form from start for an individual only. Previous responses will remain as it is, users can edit and submit their responses again.
Close - If distribution is not closed & needs to be closed manually, you can use close option.
