Create view filters options

UpRaise allows you to create OKR views, you can read more details about OKR views in Manage OKR views. To create such OKR views, system allows you to apply different filters & columns, below table details each of the filters & columns available in Create/Edit view pop-up.

Example - Selected filter is 'Logged in user'. When you navigate to the view as a logged-in user, you will be able to see OKRs created by you. This way it will be applicable for every logged-in user and they can see OKRs they have created.

Example - Selected filter is 'Logged in user’s manager'. When you navigate to the view as a logged-in user, you will be able to see OKRs owned by by your manager. This way it will be applicable for every logged-in user and they can see OKRs owned by their manager.

To filter OKR view based on labels associated with objective

  • All - Objectives will be filtered based all labels in the system

  • Empty - View will contain objectives that are not associated with any label/s

  • Not empty - View will contain objectives that are associated with atleast one label

  • Any of - A, B & C are three different labels selected while creating a view. In this case, even if one of the selected labels is associated with any objective then that objective will be listed under that view. Because system has an option to show objective that is associated with any of the selected labels.

  • None of - View will contain objectives those are not associated with selected labels.

  • All of - For example, A, B & C are three different labels selected while creating a view. In this case, system will look for objectives associated with all the three labels. If there is no objective associated with say label B then it will not show any other objective even if there are some associated with A & C because all A,B, & C are required.
