How to manage anonymity in 360 review form distribution?
In 360 review, there are multiple stakeholders involved i.e. managers, peers and direct reports & a team member. Their might be the case when you need to maintain anonymity in the process, that is why, 360 form has anonymity section. This section helps to to maintain anonymity so flexibly that you can customize it in your way.
Anonymity setting has to be done while distributing form. Distribution setting page has a separate section for anonymity setting.
As shown in above image, you can select or deselect options to set anonymity of the form. Let us see how it looks like when each option is true or false.

Admins and super admins can identify reviewers - If unchecked, all reviewer's identity will be hidden from admins and super admins.
Admins and super admins can identify reviewer types - If unchecked, all reviewer types will be hidden from admins and super admins.
Managers can identify reviewers - If unchecked, other reviewer's identity will be hidden from manager.
Managers can identify reviewer types - If unchecked, other reviewer types will be hidden from manager.
Team member can identify reviewers - If unchecked, all reviewer's identity will be hidden from team member. (Applicable only if self assessment option is true)

In this way admin/super amin has to check or uncheck these options to maintain required anonymity in the review process. Once form is completed every stakeholder will get a 'view' option in team member column to see an aggregated view of the form. This aggregated view of the completed form will only have list of answers in different sections without any mentions of reviewers.
