Objective cycle status & compliance report (before v3.9.6)

Objective cycle status & compliance report can be viewed from administration → reports. As of now, reports are only visible to Employee Success admin/super admin. This particular report can also be accessed from administration → OKR settings → team & individual OKR settings. Content of this report will help administrators gauge overall progress & compliance of OKRs within the objective cycle.

How to select objective cycle to create this report

  • When you navigate from reports option
    • There will be an objective cycle selector



  • When you navigate from reports button on any objective cycle
    • Respective objective cycle will be will be pre-populated in objective cycle selector on report page.



  • Once you select any objective cycle, it will show four different parts in the report with the data for all teams & users by default. However you can also filter out this report for selected teams/users by choosing team/s from teams drop-down option.
    • Left top - Team OKRs distribution gadget
    • Right top - Individual OKRs distribution gadget
    • Left bottom - Team OKRs compliance gadget
    • Right bottom - Individual OKRs compliance gadget

  • Left top - Team OKRs distribution gadget

    • This gadget shows number of team OKRs within selected objective cycle for selected team/s. 
    • You can also see distribution of key results (for corresponding objectives) according to their type.
    • In the pie chart, distribution of objectives (from point 1 above) according to their status is displayed i.e. Scheduled, Ready, In Progress, Ready for grading, Closed, Abandoned, Carried Forward
  • Right top - Individual OKRs distribution gadget:

    • This gadget shows number of individual OKRs within selected objective cycle for users who belong to selected team/s.
    • You can also see distribution of key results (for corresponding objectives) according to their type.
    • In the pie chart, distribution of objectives (from point 1 above) according to objective status is displayed. i.e. Scheduled, Ready, In Progress, Ready for grading, Closed, Abandoned, Carried Forward.
  • Left bottom - Team OKRs compliance gadget

    • This gadget shows numbers around compliance of objectives at team level within selected objective cycle for selected team/s
      •  Average per team:
        • It shows average number of team objectives for selected teams within selected objective cycle. Depending on whether the average is within the ideal range or not, the number is displayed in green or red. Ideal range here is 2-5. 
      • No Individual objectives:
        • This section shows number of teams who do not have any team objective from selected team/s. Lower this number, better it is.
      • Contributing:
        • This section shows what % of team objectives in selected cycle are contributing to other higher or same level objectives. This is a good indicator for keeping in check the alignment factor. Lower it is, lesser is the alignment from team to company goals. Aim for 80% or above.
      • Receive contribution:
        • What % of team objectives in selected cycle for selected teams are receiving contribution from other same or lower level objectives. This is a good indicator for keeping in check alignment between team & individual goals. Higher this number, better it is.
  • Right bottom - Individual OKRs compliance gadget

    • This gadget shows numbers around compliance of objectives at individual level within selected objective cycle for users who belong to selected team/s.
      •  Average per user: 
        • It shows average number of individual objectives for users who belong to selected teams within the given objective cycle.
      • No Individual objectives
        • This section shows total number of users who do not have any individual objective within selected objective cycle.
      • Contributing:
        • This section shows what % of individual objectives in this cycle for selected users are contributing to other higher or same level objectives. This is a good indicator for keeping in check alignment between team & individual goals. Higher this number, better it is.
