Navigate to hierarchy view page >> Click on 'E' to see explorer view

Bug fixes
In the last release (V 3.9.7) there was a bug that caused progress percentages & confidence statuses to go wrong. That is now corrected. At the time of this upgrade(v3.9.7.1), app will scan through all OKRs & ensure their confidence status, progress percentages are correct
