In order to make it easier for UpRaise users to communicate features & support requests, we have integrated our service desk link within the app. This service desk link is available as contact support option under features tab on settings page of left navigation menu of UpRaise. Clicking on this link takes you to our service desk portal where you can report bugs or raise feature queries or new feature requests.
By default, contact support option will be available to all the admin & non-admin users. If the admin or super admin wishes, they can modify the configuration so that the contact support option is accessible to only admins and to the non-admin users.
