What is the support messenger configuration under general settings?


This feature is deprecated & won't be re-introduced to better comply with privacy laws, GDPR.

In order to make it easier for UpRaise users to communicate features & support requests, we have integrated a support messenger within the app. This messenger is an alternative way to reach out to us that is currently possible through 'Write to us' action at the bottom of the left-hand navigation.

By default, this messenger will be available only to the admin and super admin. If the admin or super admin wishes, he can modify the config so that the messenger is accessible to all Jira users & not just admins.
