Concepts - Feedback, Tags, Labels
Continuous feedback is a module in UpRaise, that lets Jira users give or request feedback against a Jira issue or independent of one. When tied with a Jira issue this feedback is also available within the issue details page. Refer to the screenshots below.

Feedback tags
Feedback tags are ways to classify continuous feedback. Given that every team has its own unique culture & needs, feedback tags can be completely customized. Tags are highlighted in the image below.
Feedback labels
Labels are optional attribute/s while giving feedback. The purpose of these labels is to help teams organize feedback around their values. e.g. team spirit, adherence to deadlines, quality etc. Later on, these labels can be used to analyze how people are improving around core values. Refer to the screenshot below.
