Survey review template workflow

Introduction

As the name suggests, a survey-based template can be used to conduct different types of surveys.

Workflows

There are two different workflows available for survey base template:

  • Assign to UpRaise admin

  • Assign to reviewer's manager

 

Assign to UpRaise admin

In this workflow, once a survey is responded by the user, the form will be assigned to the UpRaise admin/ user who has distributed the form.

Steps to understand the workflow

  • The survey template with this workflow will be distributed by UpRaise admin/users with relevant permissions.

  • The reviewer receivea an email notification about the review form distribution.

  • The reviewer opens the form and responds to the questionnaire, if needed, they can save it as draft and share it later. 

  • Once the reviewer is done with their responses, they will mark it as complete.

  • Now, this form will be assigned to UpRaise admin/ user who has distributed the form.

Form statuses involved according to this workflow

  • Not Started - Once the form is distributed and no action is taken by the reviewer.

  • In Progress - When the reviewer has saved responses as a draft.

  • Completed - When the reviewer is done with his responses and clicks on complete option.

  • Reopened -When admin or super admin reopens form for some reason.

Steps to understand the workflow

  • The survey template with this workflow will be distributed by UpRaise admin/users with relevant permissions.

  • The reviewer will receive an email notification about the form distribution. 

  • The reviewer opens the form and responds to the questionnaire. If needed, they can save it as draft and share it later. 

  • When reviewer shares the form with his manager, the manager receives email notification and manager checks responses given by reviewer. 

  • If all responses are acceptable, reviewer's manager marks it as complete else reopen the form.

  • If reopened, the same flow & status transitions will continue from the beginning.

  • If completed, form is assigned to admin/user who distributed the form.

Form statuses involved according to this workflow

  • Not Started - Once the form is distributed and no action is taken by the reviewer.

  • In Progress - When the reviewer has saved responses as a draft.

  • Pending Approval -When reviewer has responded and shared form with their manager.

  • Reopened - When the manager receives form responded by reviewer and reopens it for some reason.

  • Completed - When the reviewer's manager is done with reviewing form and clicks on complete option.
