    Release Date - 10th October 2018 🎁 Enhancements Continuous feedback REST API is now available. For more details read REST APIs. Progress calculation when Jira issues are KRs is now much more configurable. One can now make use of custom fields on Jira issues to calculate progress on UpRaise objectives. With this change, it is possible for Jira issues to progress as any number and not just 0 or 100 based on resolution. 🐞 Bug fixes Minor bug fixes & UI improvements

    Release Date - 08th August 2018           🎁 Enhancements Jira issue linking via JQL  It is now possible to link Jira issues as key results. Read more here. This allows updating of linked issues automatically. You can also add Jira issues as actions directly via JQL. Check out more details.  Synchronise team data from any other tool via the HRMS sync. Read more here. Ability to categorize review form templates.     Release Date - 13th July 2018         🐞 Bug fixes Objective description was not visible in thumbnail view. There was an error while creating alignments on SQL server. UpRaise admin page was not accessible to Jira admins. Fixed a few issues in the company directory. Users added in team not having Employee Success access were not visible to non-admin users.

    Release Date - 21st May 2018        🎁 Enhancements My OKRs section on my dashboard is now modified & gives clean overview of all the OKRs logged in user owns My OKR section is enhanced with new progress chart. The progress chart and OKR list are prioritized depending on actions need to be taken. OKRs that need immediate focus are listed first. This view now shows a lot of minute details about OKRs with its visual cues, such as :  Green or red up & down arrows for OKRs contribution information. Green or red calendar icons for start/end date. Green or red dots for last punch-in date. To Do gadget for Jira dashboards introduced to easily keep track of assigned items. This gadget displays below items that need logged in user's inputs or immediate focus. Pending feedback requests Pending form inputs Objective grading reminders These items in the ToDo list can also be dismissed by clicking on 'x' sign. UI/UX improvement for creation of objectives. There is now a single pop-up to create any level of the objective. Grades of objectives are not ceiled anymore, they are displayed upto decimals. Now the objective grades are stored/displayed in absolute values upto 2 decimals. Now thumbnail view also displays grades. Now admins have the option to re-open an objective even after it is closed Admin & super admins can reopen closed objective. Continuous feedback UI improvements along with performance enhancements. UI changes on my feedback page. 'Yet to shared' tab is now renamed to 'notes'. Impact of import OKRs is now addressed on print form, export responses, etc. Added valid notes in reports if import OKRs question is available in form. Enhanced the Excel export of form distribution.  Enhanced the UI of print form.  Now the app does not import all Jira users on install, rather admin has the option to import users from one or more Jira groups.     Release Date - 10th April 2018        🐞 Bug fixes  DB Connection Issue on Jira versions 7.0 to 7.4 After recent performance improvements, older versions of Jira - from 7.0 through to 7.4 were throwing DB timeout exceptions on browsing OKRs. This issue is now addressed. We strongly recommend updating to this version.

Also, administrators get the ability to manage these feedback labels. Similar to OKR sharing, continuous feedback can now be shared with the teams as well as users. Review forms Auto-save is now available. When you are filling up a form, every 1 minute it will be auto-saved. Review form assistant now allows you to view Jira issues that the team member had worked on. HRMS sync now supports xls file format in addition to existing JSON. 🐞 Bug Fixes When all the key results and contributing alignment had 0 weightage, progress calculation of the objective was incorrect. KR add/edit/delete emails were not triggered. Minor issues related to Oracle DB addressed (in some places, the variables showed up when the field was null)

This now allows you to look at different Jira issues that are connected to UpRaise objectives as key results, in a Kanban or Scrum board. You can also include UpRaise objective attributes to be shown in the card layouts on these boards.
