• Objective and KR details page revamp

We have given the Objective and Key Results details page a completely new look and structure. These pages are now more intuitive and user-friendly. The sidebars and all the sections on these pages have got a new look and feel!

• Simplified the UpRaise email notification structure in the backend!

In the backend, we have simplified the structure of UpRaise email notification templates. This is a first step toward making UpRaise email notifications customizable from the app UI! If you want to customize the UpRaise email notifications, please contact us via our Service Desk.

• Now you can create a new work item using UpRaise Automation!

Introducing the “Create Jira Work Item” action in UpRaise automation, enabling seamless HR and people management workflows. Users can configure automation rules using predefined Jira ticket templates tailored for common HR tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, and audits. This feature supports profile attribute changes and scheduled triggers, streamlining task assignment without manual intervention. Tickets are automatically created in a designated Jira project with predefined summaries, descriptions, and assignees. Detailed logs notify administrators of any ticket creation failures, ensuring transparency and accountability in task tracking and execution.

•   A rule failure entry is now added to logs when the execution count limit is reached (Forms)

Users can define the number of rule executions for form distribution, but they were not able to track when this limit was exhausted. With this update, a new log entry will display the failure status along with the relevant reason, helping users quickly identify the issue and reconfigure the rule execution if required.

• Enhancements in Rule precondition!

The "Name" field in the Automation Rule's Pre-condition step is now non-editable and permanently labeled for consistency. Profile attributes in automation rules will feature an icon for easy identification, preventing accidental modifications by admins or HR managers
