Technical Enhancements

In this release, we’ve moved all key UpRaise People experiences to Atlassian’s Forge platform. The changes below are behind‑the‑scenes that improve security, reliability, and long‑term support, while keeping your existing workflows and UI effectively the same.

  • Dashboards & gadgets – All People gadgets (OKR charts, calendars, to‑dos, leave approvals, stats and summary gadgets, and more) now run on Forge for a more stable and future‑proof dashboard experience.

  • Core modules – The Dashboard, OKR, Feedback, Forms, Leave, Calendar, Automation, Reports, Settings, Company Directory, User Profile, and Team Profile modules have all been migrated to Forge behind the scenes. Day‑to‑day behaviour remains the same, but the app is now backed by a more modern and secure architecture.

  • Onboarding experience – The Get Started / Onboarding page has also been updated to Forge to ensure new users have a smoother, more reliable first‑time setup.

  • Under‑the‑hood stability improvements – We’ve simplified how the app reads context from Jira, improving resilience and making it easier for us to ship future enhancements without impacting your current setup.
